Introspection of self- Muhasabah

As a muslimah, learning through life's events; I am aware that all I experience, good and not so good, is for my benefit as a spirit in human form, a soul journey back to the Master. Understanding what it means to be "sami'na wa a'thana"; follow and obey, by learning the hard way. When I went through trials and ignored the Holy Guidance, I felt emancipated but unsatisfied, knowing that I could do better and be better.That choice was mine to make and the energy to rebuild had to come from myself. My sincere endeavours have made me stronger and feeling more complete as well as contented. I have discovered that true love lies within every person.Contentment comes from being open in commitment, consistent in actions, honest in speech and acts, projecting a positive attitude,refraining from complaining too much, accepting what are disappointments and learning from failures. Coming back to real Islam, meant forfeiting family,friends,possessions but what Allah takes, He can easily replace. Alhamdullilah, my life is complete with devotions,increased knowledge, new love,life and challenges. The end part of this journey must try to be without mistakes and faults. Imam Al-Hadad says that if a person on attaining the age of 40,finds they have done less good than evil, that they should prepare themselves for Jahannam,and vice versa. Quoted from his book The Lives of Man. That the last part of our life, after 40, should be the preparation for the next life in Barzakh. Looking back, I feel a need to focus on accumulating as much as I possibly can for that end, age is past 40 and Allah knows best each person's life span.In youth, with vitality and energy, one should focus on using that time for devotions as in mature age, we cannot be rest assured that we will have the available strength or energy to make proper devotions nor have enough time to do so. It is a wrong concept to wait till we have finished our preoccupation with dunya to start thinking of the akhirat. Ibadah/devotions balance our lives and fortifies our vitality to live better lives fisabillilah. Lessons we gain should not be lost by making wrong life decisions which will have a negative impact on self and future generations. Allah Most Gracious has given constant reminders of what happens to an individual in circumstances where they choose others beside Allah, there is no benefit nor goodness. Iman must be kept secure, and this security is obtained when we inculcate Islamic teachings in our lives; not compromising any issues; not for anyone or anything. When we comply to Islamic values and standards, we shall have a firm grip on iman, living the deen as our holy prophet Muhammad salallahu alaih wa alih wa salam showed us. Nothing less will be acceptable for the true muslim. As Imam Ali, may Allah be pleases with him said,"There is no muslim who will ever be your enemy nor any hypocrite, your friend." I believe in these words and I use it to uphold myself in times of dissapointment, when I face negative forces from those in my surroundings. I also feel saddened because I see how when iman is not nurtured, it will crumble and disintegrate. Iman becomes compromised and finally Allah closes the ears, eyes and hearts to accept more knowledge/hidayah. Or as Allah says in Al Qur'an, they are left to indulge as they please without direction. You will be gathered with those same as yourselves. Soul families exist while having been born in different Earth families. Ties among parents and children are never disconnected on all levels. Relationships among extension families can be compromised based on lack of sincerity and iman. What was could well be a test or short journey together. Whatever the case, true muslim families following proper Islamic teachings and holding on to pure Islamic values, will bond forever. How can a servant of Allah serve the dunya by becoming obsessed with possessions when clearly our beloved prophet Muhammad salallahu alaih wa alih wa salam said not to hoard wealth. That this age is the age of the last ummat, meaning the age that will witness Al-Massih Al-Dajjal, the fitnah zaman. The age that will witness the Qiyamaah. I have been made aware that this existence is short, no time nor space, the reality will come from significant and clear efforts to live the true Islamic life, keeping sholat and patience, reading supplications and increasing faith, knowledge; and leading a life of peace, love and light. Anything less would be inferior. May we all be blessed and motivated by the struggles of the early muslims, for without their battles and fortitude, mankind would not have the choice of Islam today. May Allah raise our levels and keep us in the company of those He loves.

Determination

IMG_3442

There  are times,a moment in life, when things that are destined need the cooperation of a number of people, to achieve it’s success. It is not a created event but a sequel of events that are revealed; and following the guides and guidance, we will achieve the final ultimate successful intention. There may be various occasions that seem daunting, afew altercations, negativity from unsupportive members, but if we stick together towards the end vision, our mission that seemed impossible soon becomes a reality. Through prayers, humbleness, and keeping faith, the bond among the same always forges a good front and barrier against “enemies”. We strive, move forward, in our positive mindset. Some moments of tension will exist, as long as we keep calm, think clearly, stick to the proper guidelines, we can’t fail. In sincere motives are good intentions,providing a positive approach and mentoring towards a spirit of determination incumbent on success. We praise Allah Subhana wa Ta’ala for all the help we have received in our endeavour to unite two wonderful people whose lives together begin in His Name, supported and prayed for by the angels and all in Heaven. may the future be brighter and we are blessed with peace, love & light. Amiin.

Amanah Rasulallah , sallahu alaih wa alih wa salam.

A reminder for the muslims, from Rasulallah sallallahu alaih wa alih wa shohbihi  wassalam: peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,his progeny and his companions.

These are the end of times, and the muslims must be patient and steadfast in prayer.These times see muslims neglecting the shalat of fives times a day. These times are the trials and difficulties muslims face before the one awaited will come, muslims will have to go through the process which is destined. The difficult times must be faced with patience and shalat. We are reminded to read the following verses from Surah Al Kahf: Surah 18 ayah 106-110 and ayah 1-10 in that order.

If you read the meaning, and you see the answer to this world situation especially after the condemned movie release and the anger it has sparked; you will understand what will happen to the kaafirun and what the muslim ummat will receive and what was the ultimate mission of our beloved Rasulallah sallallahu alaih wa salam. So, be patient, stop killing and use the unseen power within Al Qur’an to neutralise hatred; . Dajjal, the laknat, wants mankind to suffer,fight and kill. Neutralise his power in this world by reciting the following verses daily,be committed.

I know what happens when we read Ayat Kursi to neutralise the evil shaitan; it burns and obliterates them in the unseen. It burns them. Combined with Doa Nur Buat, it acts as a nuclear cleanser. Now, we have been reminded to read the verses from Surah Al Kahf, Allahualam, Allah knows best, the effect on the current situation, it is a protection from the evil of Dajjal…….our strength against the opposition, till the coming of the Mahdi. Inshaallah , we shall be given help and support by Allah Subhana wa Ta’ala, inshaallah we shall be preserved, inshaallah we shall be given the guidance and wisdom and face Allah Subhana wa Ta’ala in a way pleasing to Allah. May Allah grant the shafaat of Rasulallah sallahu alaih wa salam on the ummat. Amiin.

We are the last nation, let’s be the best of nations.

Surah Al Kahf, Surah 18

Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi

106 That is their reward, hell; because they rejected faith, and took my signs and my messengers by way of jest.

107 As to those who believe and work righteous deeds, they have, for their entertainment, the gardens of paradise,

108 Wherein they shall dwell: no change will they wish for from them.

109 Say: If the ocean were ink wherewith to write out the words of my Lord, sooner would the ocean be exhausted than would the words of my Lord, even if we added another ocean like it, for its aid.

110 Say: I am but a man like yourself, but the inspiration has come to me, that your God is one God: whoever expects to meet his Lord, let him work righteousness, and, in the worship of his Lord, admit no one as partner.

``````
1 Praise be to Allah, who has sent to his servant Al-Kitab, and has allowed therein no crookedness.
2 It is straight in order that he may warn of a terrible punishment from him, and that he may give glad tidings to the believers who work righteous deeds, that they shall have a goodly reward,
3 Wherein they shall remain forever:
4 Further, that he may warn those who say, Allah has sired a son.
5 No knowledge have they of such a thing, nor had their fathers. It is a grievous thing that issues from their mouths as a saying. What they say is nothing but falsehood.
6 You would only, perhaps, fret yourself to death, following after them, in grief, if they believe not in this message.
7 That which is on earth we have made but as a glittering show for the earth, in order that we may test them as to which of them are best in conduct.
8 Truly what is on earth we shall make but as dust and dry soil.
9 Or do you reflect that the companions of the cave and of the inscription were wonders among our signs?
10 Behold, the youths betook themselves to the cave: they said, our Lord bestow on us mercy from yourself, and dispose of our affair for us in the right way.
Response to:Anti-Islamic sentiments
IMG_0745
In the Name of My Rabb,Allah, Who is Most Beneficent & Merciful.
I begin with humbleness, in defense for my belief, in defense for what I know is the Truth and Guidance to becoming better. I hear and read HATRED, ANIMOSITY and LIES in many posts and websites, written by Zionists & evil infiltrated humans who are the Dajjal's advocates. They take the entire context out from the original to form a bad image of Islam. They have a very directed and absolute hatred for Islam , and everything connected to Islam. They have no knowledge or have so much knowledge that they distort words from the Al Qur'an to suit their purpose.These sites take on Islamic religious names and the contents have anti Islamic contents. These humans are sadly driven by their ego, have no love or understanding, respect or tolerance and air their destructive ignorance, that they cause many people to be afflicted by their disease. They are wrong. Al Qur'an repeats the history of what happened before and what happened then, and alot of the admonishments were meant for the people at that particular times, and as examples for what mankind should then NOT follow IF they want to be closer to the Divine. Hate sites only publish hate material. The ones who seek LOVE,LIGHT & PEACE, know better, that truly Divine energy does NOT lie within hate words. Rather than blaspheme or cause animosity to salvage themselves or their low self esteem, they should ponder more about HOW to make the world a better place rather than add on to the troubles. If anyone has any faith in the ONE God, then suffice for them to trust in the Divine, and know that their hatred is unacceptable to His Presence. And that IF they believe in the Day of Reckoning, they should be so humbled by prayers to avert the disasters made by egocentric, selfish, injustice done by faithless people and understand , NOT to attack another's faith, just because of a minority of delinquents. Them who start hate web sites are themselves following on the path of ignorance, hateful delinquency. There is no shariah law that says beheading is lawful, and Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) NEVER ordered any beheadings. Please understand, that to understand Islam, just read Al Qur'an and the hadith of Bukhari and Muslim, foremost. Also, keep in mind, that certain authors have no credible facts to defend their statements. People are so gullible and just want to digest everything that will support their own ill feelings or thought patterns. Read Al Qur'an before making foolish remarks about Islam. All true muslims will definitely be perturbed as the least of the faith (deen). After all, this Book is for mankind. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of God be upon him) was a Messenger like the ones before, and he was not all the bad things some say about him. The following excepts prove my point about how the italic words taken out of context ,loses it's entire form when read as a whole surah. So, my hope is that people will be more aware that the slander should NOT be easily digested. NO Messenger of God who brought the holy word went against what God told them, Our beloved Rasulallah (peace and blessings of God be upon him) was the seal of the chain of Prophets sent. This is the religious view and this is the faith from the first Prophet Adam (may God be pleased with him) till the Seal. "There is no other god but God"
Surah 47:4
So when you meet those who disbelieve [in battle], strike [their] necks until, when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then secure their bonds, and either [confer] favor afterwards or ransom [them] until the war lays down its burdens. That [is the command]. And if Allah had willed, He could have taken vengeance upon them [Himself], but [He ordered armed struggle] to test some of you by means of others. And those who are killed in the cause of Allah - never will He waste their deeds.
5. Surah Al-Ma'idah (The Table Spread with Food)
In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, Most Merciful
1. O you who believe! Fulfill (your) obligations. Lawful to you (for food) are all the beasts of cattle except that which will be announced to you (herein), game (also) being unlawful when you assume Ihram for Hajj or 'Umrah (pilgrimage). Verily, Allah commands that which He wills.
2. O you who believe! Violate not the sanctity of the Symbols of Allah, nor of the Sacred Month, nor of the animals brought for sacrifice, nor the garlanded people or animals, etc. [Marked by the garlands on their necks made from the outer part of the tree-stems (of Makkah) for their security], nor the people coming to the Sacred House (Makkah), seeking the bounty and good pleasure of their Lord. But when you finish the Ihram (of Hajj or 'Umrah), you may hunt, and let not the hatred of some people in (once) stopping you from Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Makkah) lead you to transgression (and hostility on your part). Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Severe in punishment.
3. Forbidden to you (for food) are: Al-Maytatah (the dead animals - cattle-beast not slaughtered), blood, the flesh of swine, and the meat of that which has been slaughtered as a sacrifice for others than Allah, or has been slaughtered for idols, etc., or on which Allah's Name has not been mentioned while slaughtering, and that which has been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by the goring of horns - and that which has been (partly) eaten by a wild animal - unless you are able to slaughter it (before its death) - and that which is sacrificed (slaughtered) on An-Nusub (stone altars). (Forbidden) also is to use arrows seeking luck or decision, (all) that is Fisqun (disobedience of Allah and sin). This day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion, so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above-mentioned meats), then surely, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
4. They ask you (O Muhammad ) what is lawful for them (as food ). Say: "Lawful unto you are At-Tayyibat [all kind of Halal (lawful-good) foods which Allah has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, milk products, fats, vegetables and fruits, etc.)]. And those beasts and birds of prey which you have trained as hounds, training and teaching them (to catch) in the manner as directed to you by Allah; so eat of what they catch for you, but pronounce the Name of Allah over it, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Swift in reckoning."
5. Made lawful to you this day are At-Tayyibat [all kinds of Halal (lawful) foods, which Allah has made lawful (meat of slaughtered eatable animals, etc., milk products, fats, vegetables and fruits, etc.). The food (slaughtered cattle, eatable animals, etc.) of the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) is lawful to you and yours is lawful to them. (Lawful to you in marriage) are chaste women from the believers and chaste women from those who were given the Scripture (Jews and Christians) before your time, when you have given their due Mahr (bridal money given by the husband to his wife at the time of marriage), desiring chastity (i.e. taking them in legal wedlock) not committing illegal sexual intercourse, nor taking them as girl-friends. And whosoever disbelieves in the Oneness of Allah and in all the other Articles of Faith [i.e. His (Allah's), Angels, His Holy Books, His Messengers, the Day of Resurrection and Al-Qadar (Divine Preordainments)], then fruitless is his work, and in the Hereafter he will be among the losers.
6. O you who believe! When you intend to offer As-Salat (the prayer), wash your faces and your hands (forearms) up to the elbows, rub (by passing wet hands over) your heads, and (wash) your feet up to ankles . If you are in a state of Janaba (i.e. had a sexual discharge), purify yourself (bathe your whole body). But if you are ill or on a journey or any of you comes from answering the call of nature, or you have been in contact with women (i.e. sexual intercourse) and you find no water, then perform Tayammum with clean earth and rub therewith your faces and hands. Allah does not want to place you in difficulty, but He wants to purify you, and to complete His Favour on you that you may be thankful.
7. And remember Allah's Favour upon you and His Covenant with which He bound you when you said: "We hear and we obey." And fear Allah. Verily, Allah is All-Knower of the secrets of (your) breasts.
8. O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah and be just witnesses and let not the enmity and hatred of others make you avoid justice. Be just: that is nearer to piety, and fear Allah. Verily, Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.
9. Allah has promised those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism) and do deeds of righteousness, that for them there is forgiveness and a great reward (i.e. Paradise).
10. They who disbelieve and deny our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) are those who will be the dwellers of the Hell-fire.
11. O you who believe! Remember the Favour of Allah unto you when some people desired (made a plan) to stretch out their hands against you, but (Allah) withheld their hands from you. So fear Allah. And in Allah let believers put their trust.
12. Indeed Allah took the covenant from the Children of Israel (Jews), and We appointed twelve leaders among them. And Allah said: "I am with you if you perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat and believe in My Messengers; honour and assist them, and lend to Allah a good loan. Verily, I will remit your sins and admit you to Gardens under which rivers flow (in Paradise). But if any of you after this, disbelieved, he has indeed gone astray from the Straight Path."
13. So because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them, and made their hearts grow hard. They change the words from their (right) places and have abandoned a good part of the Message that was sent to them. And you will not cease to discover deceit in them, except a few of them. But forgive them, and overlook (their misdeeds). Verily, Allah loves Al-Muhsinun (good-doers - see V.2:112).
14. And from those who call themselves Christians, We took their covenant, but they have abandoned a good part of the Message that was sent to them. So We planted amongst them enmity and hatred till the Day of Resurrection (when they discarded Allah's Book, disobeyed Allah's Messengers and His Orders and transgressed beyond bounds in Allah's disobedience), and Allah will inform them of what they used to do.
15. O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Now has come to you Our Messenger (Muhammad ) explaining to you much of that which you used to hide from the Scripture and passing over (i.e. leaving out without explaining) much. Indeed, there has come to you from Allah a light (Prophet Muhammad ) and a plain Book (this Qur'an).
16. Wherewith Allah guides all those who seek His Good Pleasure to ways of peace, and He brings them out of darkness by His Will unto light and guides them to a Straight Way (Islamic Monotheism).
17. Surely, in disbelief are they who say that Allah is the Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary) . Say (O Muhammad ): "Who then has the least power against Allah, if He were to destroy the Messiah, son of Maryam (Mary), his mother, and all those who are on the earth together?" And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them. He creates what He wills. And Allah is Able to do all things.
18. And (both) the Jews and the Christians say: "We are the children of Allah and His loved ones." Say: "Why then does He punish you for your sins?" Nay, you are but human beings, of those He has created, He forgives whom He wills and He punishes whom He wills. And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and to Him is the return (of all).
19. O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Now has come to you Our Messenger (Muhammad ) making (things) clear unto you, after a break in (the series of) Messengers, lest you say: "There came unto us no bringer of glad tidings and no warner. " But now has come unto you a bringer of glad tidings and a warner. And Allah is Able to do all things.
20. And (remember) when Musa (Moses) said to his people: "O my people! Remember the Favour of Allah to you, when He made Prophets among you, made you kings, and gave you what He had not given to any other among the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns, in the past)."
21. "O my people! Enter the holy land (Palestine) which Allah has assigned to you, and turn not back (in flight) for then you will be returned as losers."
22. They said: "O Musa (Moses)! In it (this holy land) are a people of great strength, and we shall never enter it, till they leave it; when they leave, then we will enter."
23. Two men of those who feared (Allah and) on whom Allah had bestowed His Grace [they were    Yusha' (Joshua) and Kalab (Caleb)] said: "Assault them through the gate, for when you are in, victory will be yours, and put your trust in Allah if you are believers indeed."
24. They said: "O Musa (Moses)! We shall never enter it as long as they are there. So go you and your Lord and fight you two, we are sitting right here."
25. He [Musa (Moses)] said: "O my Lord! I have power only over myself and my brother, so separate us from the people who are the Fasiqun(rebellious and disobedient to Allah)!"
26. (Allah) said: "Therefore it (this holy land) is forbidden to them for forty years; in distraction they will wander through the land. So be not sorrowful over the people who are the Fasiqun (rebellious and disobedient to Allah)."
27. And (O Muhammad ) recite to them (the Jews) the story of the two sons of Adam [Habil (Abel) and Qabil (Cain)] in truth; when each offered a sacrifice (to Allah), it was accepted from the one but not from the other. The latter said to the former: "I will surely kill you. " The former said: "Verily, Allah accepts only from those who are Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2)."
28. "If you do stretch your hand against me to kill me, I shall never stretch my hand against you to kill you, for I fear Allah; the Lord of the 'Alamin(mankind, jinns, and all that exists)."
29. "Verily, I intend to let you draw my sin on yourself as well as yours, then you will be one of the dwellers of the Fire, and that is the recompense of the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers)."
30. So the Nafs (self) of the other (latter one) encouraged him and made fair-seeming to him the murder of his brother; he murdered him and became one of the losers.
31. Then Allah sent a crow who scratched the ground to show him to hide the dead body of his brother. He (the murderer) said: "Woe to me! Am I not even able to be as this crow and to hide the dead body of my brother?" Then he became one of those who regretted.
32. Because of that We ordained for the Children of Israel that if anyone killed a person not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. And indeed, there came to them Our Messengers with clear proofs, evidences, and signs, even then after that many of them continued to exceed the limits (e.g. by doing oppression unjustly and exceeding beyond the limits set by Allah by committing the major sins) in the land!.
33. The recompense of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and do mischief in the land is only that they shall be killed or crucified or their hands and their feet be cut off on the opposite sides, or be exiled from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and a great torment is theirs in the Hereafter.
Surah At Taubah
123. O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are close to you, and let them find harshness in you, and know that Allah is with those who are the Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2).
124. And whenever there comes down a Surah (chapter from the Qur'an), some of them (hypocrites) say: "Which of you has had his Faith increased by it?" As for those who believe, it has increased their Faith, and they rejoice.
125. But as for those in whose hearts is a disease (of doubt, disbelief and hypocrisy), it will add suspicion and doubt to their suspicion, disbelief and doubt, and they die while they are disbelievers.
126. See they not that they are tried once or twice every year (with different kinds of calamities, disease, famine, etc.)? Yet, they turn not in repentance, nor do they learn a lesson (from it).
127. And whenever there comes down a Surah (chapter from the Qur'an), they look at one another (saying): "Does any one see you?" Then they turn away. Allah has turned their hearts (from the light) because they are a people that understand not.
128. Verily, there has come unto you a Messenger (Muhammad ) from amongst yourselves (i.e. whom you know well). It grieves him that you should receive any injury or difficulty. He (Muhammad ) is anxious over you (to be rightly guided, to repent to Allah, and beg Him to pardon and forgive your sins, in order that you may enter Paradise and be saved from the punishment of the Hell-fire), for the believers (he is) full of pity, kind, and merciful.
129. . But if they turn away, say (O Muhammad ): "Allah is sufficient for me. La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), in Him I put my trust and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne."
Surah Al Baqara
190. And fight in the Way of Allah those who fight you, but transgress not the limits. Truly, Allah likes not the transgressors. [This Verse is the first one that was revealed in connection with Jihad, but it was supplemented by another (V.9:36)].
191. And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah is worse than killing. And fight not with them at Al-Masjid-al-Haram (the sanctuary at Makkah), unless they (first) fight you there. But if they attack you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.
192. But if they cease, then Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
193. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allah) and (all and every kind of) worship is for Allah (Alone). But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zalimun (the polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.)
LOVE
A hadith/tradition
On the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may ALLAH be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of ALLAH (peace and blessings of ALLAH be upon him) said:
"ALLAH (mighty and sublime be He) will say on the Day of Resurrection:
'O son of Adam, I fell ill and you visited Me not.' He will say: 'O Lord, and how should I visit You when You are the Lord of the worlds?' He will say: 'Did you not know that My servant So-and-so had fallen ill and you visited him not? Did you not know that had you visited him you would have found Me with him? O son of Adam, I asked you for food and you fed Me not.' He will say: 'O Lord, and how should I feed You when You are the Lord of the worlds?' He will say: 'Did you not know that My servant So-and-so asked you for food and you fed him not? Did you not know that had you fed him you would surely have found that (the reward for doing so) with Me? O son of Adam, I asked you to give Me to drink and you gave Me not to drink.' He will say: 'O Lord, how should I give You to drink when You are the Lord of the worlds?' He will say: 'My servant So-and-so asked you to give him to drink and you gave him not to drink. Had you given him to drink you would have surely found that with Me.'"
Rasulallah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the blind Jew
In the corner of the marketplace of Madinah, was a blind Jewish beggar, who would cry out daily to all those who came near him," O my brothers, don't be near Muhammad! He's a lunatic, he's a liar, a sorcerer! If you are to be close to him, you will be influenced by him!" No matter whoever approached him, the blind Jewish beggar will definitely not waste his chance to incite them to hate the Prophet Muhammad, Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam (peace be upon him)! All kinds of curses would spew forth from the beggar's lips even though he had never known the Prophet personally! The news about the blind Jewish beggar's daily cursing and badmouthing him came to the knowledge of the Prophet Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam! Even then, the Holy Prophet Muhammad did not get angry and he ignored the blind Jewish beggar's insults against himself! On the contrary, from that day onwards, at each morning, the Prophet Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam visited the blind beggar and brought food for him! Without saying a single word, the Blessed Messenger (peace be upon him) would feed the beggar with his own hand! The blind beggar would chew the food being fed to him and eat contentedly. Once he was full, he'd express his gratitude without knowing that the one who had fed him was the Holy Prophet of Allah, Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam! The Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam continued to feed the blind beggar without fail each day till the day he died! Throughout his service to the blind beggar, he never identified himself to the blind Jewish beggar! After the Prophet Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam had passed away, no one brought food to the blind beggar anymore! The blind Jewish beggar waited daily and was perplexed as to why the kind man did no longer come to feed him and provide for him as he had done all this while. The blind beggar waited in vain for the kind gentleman who had never missed visiting him each and every morning all these while .....One day, the closest Companion of the Holy Prophet Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam, Saiyidina Abu Bakar As Siddiq @ The Truthful One, Radhiallahu Anhu (May Allah be pleased with him) visited the home of his daughter, Saiyidatina Aishah, Radhiallahu Anha (May Allah be pleased with her), the widow of the Blessed Messenger (SAW). Abu Bakar asked Aishah, " O my child, is there any habit of my beloved (Prophet) that I have yet to carry on?" Aisyah replied, " Dear Father, you are verily a follower of the Sunnah (Habits) of the Prophet and there is none that you have yet to do except for one deed only!" " What is that?" asked Abu Bakar. "Every morning, the Prophet of Allah will go to the end of the marketplace, bringing food to a blind old Jewish beggar who lives there and feed him by his hand," said Aishah. The next day, Abu Bakar As Siddiq went to the marketplace with food for the blind beggar. Abu Bakar As Siddiq approached the beggar and started to feed him. At the first handfull of food being fed to him, the blind Jewish beggar became angry and shouted out ," Who are you?" Abu Bakar answered " I am the one who usually feeds you every morning". "No! Don't you lie to me!" objected the blind beggar. Abu Bakar was shocked, thus he asked" Why do you say so?" Answered the blind Jewish beggar," Because when he comes to me, I always felt it easy to hold his hand and found it easy to chew the food he fed me! The man who used to feed me would make the food fine before feeding it to me!" Abu Bakar As Siddiq could not hold back his tears anymore and he burst out crying and had to disclose who he actually was to the beggar. "Verily, I am not the one who used to come and feed you. I am one of his Companions for the noble one is alive no more! He was none other than the Blessed Prophet of Allah, Muhammad Sallalahu Alaihi Wassallam!" "Muhammad?" asked the blind old Jewish beggar, totally shocked with what he had just heard. "You mean to tell me that the one who came each morning without fail and fed me by his hand was Muhammad?" asked the beggar. "Yes! It was Muhammad!" answered Abu Bakar. Immediately, the blind old Jewish beggar wailed out in despair and cried so pitifully coming to realise that it was none other than the Holy Prophet who had been feeding him all this while. "All these while!...all these while, I had been cursing him, I had been slandering him! Not once has he ever scolded me ! He kept coming every morning to feed me! He is so noble!.." cried the old blind Jewish beggar as he wiped away his flowing tears on his cheeks. The blind beggar reached out to Saiyidina Abu Bakar As Siddiq, the first Caliph of the Muslims and testified before him the Kalimah Shahadah :'Ash har doo Allah ila ha ill lall Lah! Wa ash har doo anna Muhammad darr Rasulullah!' declaring that There is No God but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah! From that moment onwards, the blind old Jewish beggar became a Muslim.
I remember, my dream afew weeks ago, before the end of Ramadan, when I was in a very special place, walking through a beautiful building with alcoves, serene and pristine, wherein were beautiful and pure people, almost beings, and as I looked for a place to pray, I walked past a water fountain, running clear, and plants of green ferns, I was suddenly outside, as I followed a voice repeating verses of prayers from Al Qur'an, and I looked up to see a minaret, and hear the azan, call to prayer, Allah Hu Akhbar! Allah Hu Akhbar, and the minaret shone as if a full moon was blazened behind it and the arabic letters Mim Ha Mim Daal (MHMD=Muhammad) appeared in light. Subhanallah, when I see these photos I took on 10th Shawal, I remember this dream, and the correlating Quranic verse is :
10:10
(This will be) their cry therein: "Glory to Thee, O Allah!" And "Peace" will be their greeting therein! and the close of their cry will be: "Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds!"
The insults muslims face.
 IMG_0605
I am a devoted believer of ONE God, who has no son, no daughter, no aunts or uncles, mother of father! I was raised a Catholic, went to Catechism school, was baptised and had confirmation, went through all the church rituals and finally, needed more to have a direct relationship with God, the ONE creator of all. Allah hu laa ilaa ha ila anta, Allah there is no other god but You. And Muhammad is Your prophet.I am a muslim.
I came across this Christian site, and was taken aback. I respect all people’s choice to choose their own belief system, given they get the proper information, they can choose what suits them using their own intelligence and intellect. Suffice to give information. What annoys me about this site is it’s sly way of insinuating Islam and muslims pray to a god,different to theirs. They believe that a human born from a miracle, is a god. Or son of god. We say, Jesus ,peace and blessings on him, is a prophet. I dislike people who do things with ill intentions. How can they say pray for the muslims… and go on to insult us by saying “May God get their attention.”! Insulting and totally insincere.
“Pray for Muslims in your country who will be attending large religious gatherings. May God get their attention. Pray for revelations of the crucified, resurrected and now living Jesus during the three day feast. “
http://www.30-days.net/muslims/muslims-in/asia-south-central/eid-ud-fitr-crowds/
“Prayer Ideas
  • Pray for Muslim families in your town, your region and your country that they might meet true believers who could share with them the bread of life during the feast (See Psalm 34:8,John 6:55-58).
  • Pray for Muslims in your country who will be attending large religious gatherings. May God get their attention. Pray for revelations of the crucified, resurrected and now living Jesus during the three day feast.
  • The Shah (King) Faisal Mosque in Islamabad Pakistan has a capacity of 75,000 people in the building and the surrounding courtyards. Up to an additional 200,000 other people can pray on the grounds outside. Pray they can hear the voice of the Living God today.
The Jewish religion is called Judaism, the Christians follow Christ,the Buddhists follow Buddha, the Indians have Krishna and are called Hindus (The word Hindu was borrowed into European languages from the Arabic term al-Hind, referring to the land of the people who live across the River Indus) the muslims have Islam and Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the Prophet. We are not named after the holy Prophet(peace and blessings be upon him).
Surah 5;3 This day those who disbelieve have despaired of [defeating] your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion.
Al Qur’an, the refinement and perfection of all the big books from the One God, is spoken through Prophet Muhammad(peace and blessings be upon him) and in it we are told Islam is the name of the religion,the deen,the direction, to submission to God. It has been perfected by the last Word,from the One God.
Surah Al Baqarah:285
Surah Al Baqarah;286
READ THE ABOVE VERSES CAREFULLY! Digest it in your brain, use intelligence and then answer to yourself. How can anyone refute Islam,and if they choose to ignore, they harm themselves. Islam is simple and a guidance to lead a life that will take us back to where we began.
May we all be rightly guided.
Enlightened spirits in Islam
As a psychic empath, by "psychic" I mean awakened, I can connect most of what the spiritual "new age doctrine" is trying to establish, within confines of what does not go against my personal choice of faith and belief system, I feel that the points being made have great relevance to my Islamic faith. I can correlate what is said without Islamic context and bring it into the spiritual growth realm of Islam. So, if the spiritual awakening means creating a peaceful unification of humanity, then Being in the deen of Islam, will rejuvenate every soul searcher of the Truth, New Earth, based on mutual love, respect,being non-judgmental and communication amongst mankind. Creating Peace; by being better in body,mind and soul; building the spirit and energy within and linking with those likeminded. The Master of this Universe is the Master of all creation, worlds, dimensions and beings. Islam is surrendering to the Will of the Master of the entire creation, where time is of no avail neither is space; the etheric body in unity, synchronised and charged by His Light and this manifestation of awareness, creates a bond of light and love that heals. As with all things, great,gracious and good intentions are portrayed as niyyat, positive thoughts which creates the positive and valueable life ahead. To have a method of cleansing,meditating, time to get in touch with your higher self, guides, increasing intuition, speaking with angels and the masters are all in Islamic teachings but with systematic, commited and consistent devotion which results in a spiritual heightening, awakening, manifestation.So simple in Islam to advance as a spirit in humanform. We have knowledge built into our selves to know many things which the Divine guides us as we journey through this life. The access we have to the Lord of the worlds, enables us to ascend and be in His Presence, the minimum of five times a day: we are always welcomed in our moments of sholat when we "face" our Creator. May we all be blessed, guided and led back to the perfect way of life, in peace and harmony. When a "gifted person" understands that the metaphysical world is real, he/she will exist on this Earth, being aware of humanity and nature, being compassionate to the plight of those around, considerate and respectful of Earth as our dwelling place. As we move on to the next phase of existence,we have to leave the world intact and clean for the next generations.
May Allah Subhana wa Ta'ala reward us, forgive us and bless us all. ~ LorraineNur 23 Ramadan 1433
Rasulallah,peace & blessings of Allah be upon him, the seal of all Prophets!
وَإِن تُكَذِّبُوا فَقَدْ كَذَّبَ أُمَمٌ مِّن قَبْلِكُمْ وَمَا عَلَى الرَّسُولِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ
"And if ye reject (the Message), so did generations before you: and the duty of the messenger is only to preach publicly (and clearly)."
A point of reflection to the verse of Al Qur'an:
Muhammad ibn Abdillah,salallahu alaih wa alihi wa salim(saaw),the last of the Prophets, came to mankind as a mercy from the Almighty, to educate and be a reminder for the last chance, of mankind to come back to Allah Subhana wa Ta'ala(SwT). The seal of the prophets. As other prophets before, Rasulallah saaw serves only to remind the people. He did not get any payment from anyone to say the words of Truth. As Allah SwT knows all, sees all & hears all. It is Prophet Muhammad saaw, who with his total love for humanity, served his purpose, with no pomp or great riches, no fanfare among humankind; he led his life as what Allah SwT taught in Al Qur'an Nuur Kareem, he was steadfast and commited in his mission, presenting the best options of a holistic lifestyle based on love and respect, to uphold the Truth and surrender to the will of Allah SwT, as the gateway to Paradise. As times before, people were reminded, people that rejected the words of the prophets were doomed and we see the proofs of their existence once.The people that accept the word of Allah SwT , is promised success. The ones who argue and deceive, who create doubts,say about Allah SwT what they don't understand or make lies, are the friends of the Evil One, who is actually the avowed enemy of mankind. Deceiving and confusing mankind to go further and further from the Truth, Al Haq, Allah SwT. That being the mission and vision! We have been granted ample knowledge and time to make the right life decisions and choices. Allah SwT does make it clear in Al Qur'an. Mankind that refuse to acknowledge Islam as the perfection of religion: not just the perfect religion: the choice of leading a pious and peaceful life according to the rules of God, will truly be lost, in arguments all the time, in difficulties and strife, confusion and doubt! Them that hold fast to their faiths away from what Allah SwT desires for mankind, will find their efforts futile when they assosciate partners with God.God is One, He is self subsisting, sustains everything, has no child or son, was not created or born, He is Unique! His Essence is purity. The realms of Jabarut, the perfection of all in creation, no flaws, all is from His will to allow mankind to learn, to listen and obey. This, through Prophet Muhammad saaw the beloved of Allah SwT, we learn how to be the perfect servants. Abiding by simple laws and advice, understanding the knowledge and practising it in our lives. We will feel the words of Al Qur'an effecting our lives. We will have joy and hope, through afflictions, trials and tribulations. It is a matter of faith.True belief in the power of God. Laa ilaa ha ilallah. There is no other god but Allah and Muhammad Rasulallah,Muhammad is His Messenger.
Allah humma solli ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ala alih wa salim. May Allah's peace and blessings be upon him and his household (descendants).
Disturbing facts! Proof of discrediting Rasulallah saaw
An excerpt from a book : The sealed nectar by Syaikh Shafiyyurahman Al-Mubarakfuri . In reading an Indonesian version, much to my amazed dissappointment, I found many hadith quoted different to the original hadith! This perturbed me to keep looking into the English edition which I found also , had these "flaws"!!! Astounded, I checked and re-checked the sources of Sahih Bukhari, which have been quoted in the book, which I must add, discriminates against the characteristics and virtues of our beloved Prophet Muhammad saaw. I find myself asking questions as to why such "mistakes" occur repeatedly in the book, I have no answer! In my opinion, as muslims, who seek truth, we must be careful about what we read, using Al Qur'an as the Nuur to enlightened knowledge, to know our deen, and build a devotion and unsurpassed love for our Holy Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaih wa alihi wa salam, that we will surely be guided to recognise the false and truth. Many divisons in Islam, have made many deviations, that we must acquire real knowledge with a full yearning to understand what Allah SwT , Subhana wa Ta'ala, wants from His humble servants. Rasulallah , sallallahu alaih wa alih wa salam, was the perfection of His creation, no flaws, with the perfect Message of Islam.Any persons, attempting to scald this personality, will surely taste the rebuttals of those whom Allah SwT guides and gives permission to voice opinions. Fellows muslim brothers and sisters in Islam, my reminder is simple, that we must always be watchful and cautious of the true Dajjal in our midst, whose attempts to weaken the ummat is very real, within the confines of our belief system, the lies and fitnah emerges!
Below is a short example, there are numerous within the entire book titled The sealed nectar! More like sealed poison to me! ~Lorraine Nur
MSA NIU
"The number of believers would increase, but the number of Helpers would decrease to the extent that they would be among men as salt in the food. So he who from among you occupies a position of responsibility and is powerful enough to do harm or good to the people, he should fully acknowledge and appreciate the favour that these benefactors have shown and overlook their faults." [Sahih Al- Bukhari 1/536] And said: "Allâh, the Great, has given a slave of His the opportunity to make a choice between whatever he desires of Allâh’s provisions in this world, and what He keeps for him in the world, but he has opted for the latter." Abu Sa‘îd Al- Khudri said: "Upon hearing that, Abu Bakr cried and said: ‘We sacrifice our fathers and mothers for your sake.’ We wondered why Abu Bakr said such a thing. People said: ‘Look at that old man! The Messenger of Allâh [pbuh] says about a slave of Allâh who was granted the right between the best fortunes of this world and the bounty of Allâh in the Hereafter, but he says: We sacrifice our fathers and mothers for your sake!’ It was later on that we realized what he had aimed at. The Messenger of Allâh [pbuh] was the slave informed to choose. We also acknowledged that Abu Bakr was the most learned among us." [Mishkat Al-Masabih 2/546] Then the Messenger of Allâh [pbuh] said: "The fellow I feel most secure in his company is Abu Bakr. If I were to make friendship with any other one than Allâh, I would have Abu Bakr a bosom friend of mine. For him I feel affection and brotherhood of Islam. No gate shall be kept open in the Mosque except that of Abu Bakr’s." [Sahih AlBukhari 1/22, 429, 449, 2/638; Mishkat Al- Masabih 2/548]
Four days before his death
On Thursday, four days before the death of the Messenger of Allâh [pbuh], he said to people — though he was suffering from a severe pain: "Come here. I will cause you to write something so that you will never fall into error." Upon this ‘Umar bin AlKhattab said: "The Prophet of Allâh [pbuh] is suffering from acute pain and you have the Qur’ân with you; the Book of Allâh is sufficient unto you." Others however wanted the writing to be made. When Muhammad [pbuh] heard them debating over it, he ordered them to go away and leave him alone. [Sahih Al-Bukhari 2/637] That day he recommended three things: FALSE
TRUTH
2.637:
Narrated Ibn `Umar: Hafsa the wife of the Prophet said, "O
Allah's Apostle! Why have the people finished their Ihram
after performing `Umra but you have not finished your Ihram
after performing `Umra?" He replied, "I have matted my hair
and garlanded my Hadi. So I will not finish my Ihram till I
have slaughtered (my Hadi). "
Last part of the page in the book continues to say:
1. Jews, Christians and polytheists should be expelled out of Arabia. 2. He recommended that delegations should be honoured and entertained, in a
way similar to the one he used to do.
3. As for the third — the narrator said that he had forgotten it. It could have
been adherence to the Holy Book and the Sunnah. It was likely to be the accomplishment and the mobilization of Osamah’s army, or it could have been performance of prayers and being attentive to slaves.
Mother's pride
A mother is always proud of her children's achievements, understanding that every child is different, excels differently and each are individuals. A mother is quick to forgive carelessness and understands as people , everyone makes mistakes and learns from them. I am no exception as a mother of five jewels, who entered my life and have been my source of joy, worries, sadness and pride. My biggest worry is their deen, because I keep thinking who will love them enough to teach them with patience, love and care if I am taken while they're still young. My worries Allah SwT knows best. My hopes for their devotion to Allah SwT, Allah alone knows. And these are written as a mother's prayer and intentions. My children strive their best and I am ever in awe at the excellence in learning quickly. Inshaallah, they will be truly guided as how Allah SwT guides their mother. Sweetness of a child's love is sweeter than nectar as the sweetness of mother's milk. It is irreplaceable.
ISLAM is not sent to scare, Islam has been sent to save. Every single issue and problems we face on Earth now, all the disturbances, injustices are all acts opposing the laws of the Creator, something to ponder about: who is the one who does not want the human race to succeed? humans against humans, to create disasters through famine,wars, using sex,drugs and alcohol to stun knowledge and understanding; so where are the solutions for the soul, for the survival of good morals, conducts and principles? read and understand,before comments of the negative kind because there is not much time left to ponder, there are too many evidences which the human intellect can no more deny, based on facts and proofs in this modern age, that ISLAM is the direction and guidance for all mankind. There can be no more doubts about this! Everyone and anyone, who feels that their lives are worth anything please view the following site; it will change your life as you know it! You will be doing yourself justice! May we all be abundantly blessed with all that is good.
Why ISLAM is TRUTH
Religion is a guidance from Allah SWT, since the first messenger, vicegerent was put on Earth. Religion in these days constitutes a doctrine, rules which humans have choice to follow or not. In these times of technology,information and speed of everything, including time, we can go past mere faith to make decisions about religion. Since, as humans we have the highest intellectual abilities than other known creations, how can we then ignore a call based on facts, to choose a guidance system which has our own self interest at heart? Putting aside prejudices,colour,race,backgrounds,culture and language, let's try to open up our minds to see the clear truth that Allah SWT did not leave us without full guidance and that now so many scientific facts have been discovered which can be explained from Al Qur'an. If then those facts are true, how can we then deny existence of Heaven or Hell, Judgement Day,or all the goodness and punishments we shall be responsible for, one day.May we all be guided, through our love for one another to constantly remind each other,may the light from His Mercy shine for us.
With the age of technology,based on numbers <101001010101010101101001>, this internet highway info is decoded the same, we now have studies which reveal in Al Qur'an using numbers to discover many hidden secrets that have been proven by todays scientific facts, which verifies what Al Qur'an says that Allah SWT "counts everything", "we shall have a day of reckoning and be accountable for everything", that the number 19 is above everything... not to make fear the base of faith but intellect, that is why the Angel Gabriel alaihi salam said to Prophet Muhammad salallahu alaihi wa salam to read,in the first revelation of Al Qur'an, and being unlettered, meaning he could not read nor write, he replied such. So, how can an unlettered man, be able to produce a work of words that today 1433 years later, we can verify and prove all the information by our high tech knowledge? Allah humma solli ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ala alihi wa sohbihi wa sallim.
There are so many stories of the ones close to Allah Subhana wa Ta'ala(SWT), that they would glow with nuur, you can see this nuur(light) on almost everyone who makes, maintains and takes wudhu, those who are close to the Divine, those whose hearts have a love that Heaven grants, and The Nuur that Allah SWT first created before anythingelse is the Nuur of Muhammad, The Beloved salallahu alaihi wa alihi salam (saaw). We are all connected by energy in spirit, we are all souls from ONE source and we shall return to the ONE, the source of all Nuur, The Divine presence: An-Nuur. The Light. As-Salam The Peace , Muhibbul - the Love, inshaallah.
This is in bahasa Indonesia, about the Isra' Miraj, and how the ascension of Prophet Muhammad saaw, and the revelation of sholat was revealed to mankind, pertains to Surah 53 of Al Qur'an and how this coded number is in the act of solat which our physical body becomes witness to our worship. Subhan Allah! I cried in gratitude and gratefulness, that slowly many secrets are being revealed,with the technology we have, the hijab is being lifted and our Ilm',knowledge increases to make faith in Allah SWT And Rasulallah saaw, stronger. Inshaallah.
This picture shows the location of the “Rocky Belt” which shows the moon was once split.
The unbelievers of Makkah said to the Prophet (salla lahu alayhi wa’ale hi Wasallam) that if you are truly a Prophet split the moon and if you do we shall believe. It was a full moon that night…
And so the Prophet (salla lahu alayi wa’ale hi Wasallam) prayed to Allah (swt)  to grant him this miracle, and the moon was split. Half was seen over Mount. Saffa, and the other half was seen over Mount. Kaikaan.
The people said that the Prophet (salla lahu alayi wa’ale hi wasallam) has placed a spell on us, however if he played a trick on us, then he can’t play a trick on all the people in the world! Abu Jahl then said: “let us wait until the people of Albadiah ( A Tribe )come, and if they saw the moon split, then it is true, if not then we all know it was a trick of magic.
When the people of Albadiah came they said that they too saw the moon split, and the disbelievers said “oh, how powerful Muhammad’s magic is!”
Then Allah revealed Verse in Al’  Quran in Sura al Qamar:
“The hour has come near and the moon has split, and when they see a sign, they turn and say ‘this is a continuous magic’ and they disbelieved and followed their desires…”This took place in the days of the Prophet Muhammad (salla lahu alayhi wa’ale hi Wasallam) in Makkah.
Geologists conclude that this couldn’t be unless the moon was once split and resealed. The rocks on the belt are a result of the impact during the time that the two halves of the moon recombined.
DISCOVER ISLAM  Introduction:
The Noon Center for Quranic Studies and Research specializes in Quranic (Koranic) Studies. One of its priorities is the carrying out of research into numerical and mathematical miracles in the Quran (Koran). This is because the world of mathematics and numbers is the world of provable facts, Math having virtually become the language of physical and social sciences. And why should this not be so when the whole universe is based on numbers? Allah says: “He takes into account every single thing.” (Surat An-Naml, 27:28)
Oh my dearest Prophet Muhammad,peace be upon him
The one who withstood all adversities
So,people may know how to return to the Rabb
How to live,the best
How to choose better ways
Be better in character
Oh my beloved Rasulallah , peace be upon him
In your humble obedience to Allah Subhan wa Ta’ala
And carrying out your mission with great love
Love for us
Worry for us
Our only wish is to be with you soon
Dreams that feel real
I am an avid dreamer,I dream alot about many things,hence, my dreams have given me insight into many things and some have become reality.I accept that some psychic abilities abound by dreaming. I had a dream last night.I was on an island, with lovely waves and warm sea.I jumped into the waves enjoying the feeling of lightness as I glided like a fish. I suddenly had a body board which I used to swim further out.As I did, I noticed I was going at an incredible speed,the body board started to feel floppy,I was being carried by the waves.I remember seeing the expanse of oceans and faraway islands as I passed.I was so distant from the shore.The waves carried me, became bigger when suddenly,I found myself in the middle of the ocean,with waves all around me,strong currents and such a mighty force that directed me.I didn't feel fear,just utter amazement and overwhelmed at such an incredible power and mighty force.I was not drowning.I was not fighting the waves around me.I was not going against the experience. i was not fearful. I felt a gratitude. i felt special,to see and feel this exhilarating event.As the waves rolled over me, taking me under and then raising me,I felt like a dolphin. Not much later, I realised the waters were whiter and foamy, I could see,the end of this ride, the crashing water fall, from a height most steep, I felt myself tumbling down, landing on a slippery dip which looked like a cement drain pipe, on a hill side. As a child looked at me with a quizzical look, I felt far from where I started.The ocean and waves had suddenly disappeared, as I headed down the slope, in a tropical heat, trying to slide the dry drain. How odd to end inside a home of a family, as I excused myself to make my way to.... I wake up! Life is so much a roller coaster ride, a surf ride, a whirlwind, a calm beach, also sometimes a drain pipe. However each moment presents itself, be fearless yet thankful, for all the blessings like the sight for sore eyes, nature's scenery can be like the passing islands, the green lush tropics, the village simplicity, the back to nature.The heat of the moment is cooled by island balm, travel back to where it was comfortable, look for the zone, do not remain stuck, keep walking on. Look for your private beach and enjoy yourself. Love,Peace & Light ~Lorraine Nur
Inspired art, AlifJiim by lorrainenur
Alif-The Ismu of Allah,Iman,Iqra,YA Awwalu wa akhiru. Jiim - Jumaah,jamaah,janazah,Jiin,Jibreel.All mankind starts from (begins awal and ends akhir, with Allah.) From Allah we come to Him is our return. therefore the daimah, the circle, the continuation, the soul journey, starts and ends with Allah.In life we remember Allah Hu Allah, the ismudzat.We have iman(belief),we read(iqra),we understand, we apply Ilm'(knowledge.We have togetherness,Jumaah and jamaah, we live , we "die" we are prayed over( Janazah), we and the spirit world of jiin have been created , only to worship Allah. Angel Jibreel, brings the Message to our Prophets.The reminder to make salat, which we have learnt from Isra'Miraaj, the ascension of Rasulallah Muhammad saaw. This drawing,later edited in photoshop, is a creation from inspiration, the reminder of our mortality but also our infinity, as spirits in human form. ~lorrainenur
The first magical moments of Ramadan Kareem.
Monday, 1 August 2011
One juz in 2.5 hours, insyaallah I will khatam this year after 7 years.
Oh Allah make it easy for me to subdue emotions,to feel Your Mercy.
Khatam Al Quran in the holy month of Ramadan, insyaallah.
A juz a day.
The angels descended at Tarawih, the Earth is filled with their presence, they will look for the gatherings, of ones who remember their Lord.
The night of Ramadan is cool, the Earth is blessed. The nights hereon will be, initiated by their presence, make your niat and doa the best.
Solat of the muslim is the submission of His servants, the solat of a muslim is the goodness on earth for all mankind;fasting fisabillilah.
The shivers of joy runs through the veins of the seeker who seeks his Lord in the nights of the holy month only for His pleasure.
How do you know your Rabb? How will you be responsible?When a seeker finds His Lord, all devotions become a part of life.Unconditional.
And when the curtain of conscience parts,there we shall behold, a spark of nur, a light, an image,a gesture of gratefulness pervades.
Rhythmically calm in the quiet and peace of silence, heart beats sing as voices praise, all that's around is love.There is no, I, only HU.
DAIMAH
The DAIMAH of life; From God we come and to Him is our return, also what goes around comes around, in this circle of life, in nature, in all things must come changes, hopefully gaining wisdom through the journey, gaining patience and endurance, gathering knowledge that is helpful, spreading love throughout, inculcating good habits, mindful of our limited life supply and fuel, ever instinctively listening to our inner voice, the calling and acclimatising our energy to balance with everything, taking the moderate way in all matters, synchronising life and synergising with creation.
Woman
clip_image002In a patriarchal society, women have no place and say. I want it abolished. I would like to see men as protectors, friends, carers, lovers and mates to women. A social status determined by physical attributes a woman is softer, kinder, more emotional, more lovable and all aspects that make her a woman. A strong willed woman is an asset. An outspoken woman is credible. A woman of principles and integrity is a stable foundation. A strong attributed woman is more than a physical pleasure for men but also a comfort zone. A woman has many façades and dimensions in her being and can chameleon herself in all situations and stages. The panorama view is required when looking at a woman. She cannot be "prism-ed" into one specific location and told to be this, do that and say this or not. A woman must be appreciated for all her values, physical appearances, her knowledge, her sensuality, her sexuality and her abilities.
In society, the women that made a difference in society, the feminists all have their view point about this term patriarchal, to mean , a system where women were annihilated or misused, abused or oppressed.
What is oppression of women? Why do men choose to oppress the mothers of their children? In certain societies, women are the foundations revered. In Al Qur'an , there is an entire chapter on women and their rights; Surah An Nisa. In creating women, Allah Ta'ala, gave her a mouth, not to be silent . She may have her say. I am not understanding the concept of having  a mouth only to be told to be quiet, a mouth just for feeding sustenance to the body. There must be more to the mouth of a woman than that. She was bestowed a brain, to think and help with ideas and ideology for the improvement of mankind. She may or may not need to have a male counterpart, partner or husband to achieve this. Her physical attributes compliment her ability as mother, cook, driver, housewife, career woman and so on and so forth.
I may determine my path and my will is strong to endeavour.  I am fine tuned to be incredulously all these in the stages of my life. I have been implanted with the ability to perform all these attributes and responsibilities as I have been granted the permission, tools and knowledge to do so and that did not come from a man.  I need men to be supportive of all women who dare to make a stand, admire their worth instead of ridiculing or showering sarcastic remarks. Many women choose to use brain over brawn/beauty. I am one of those women. I have no care for the materialistic world, neither am I obsessive about wealth. I am vehement about the issues and rights of women and I want to make a statement in support of women's rights to be honoured, admired, supported , respected; if need be, worshipped.
In matters of love, we may stray, but soon enough, we find the grounding we lost. We raise again. We forge again. That is life, the ups and downs, there is room for learning but no room for mistakes. Women, no matter what you do in your life; do not give up yourself, your worth, your materialistic achievements for any man who lives in a patriarchal condemning situation and lifestyle. Judgmental and egoistic sentiments play no part in a rich and respectful relationship. Demands and supplies must balance in ratio. Unconditional love means you may give as much as you may, want and or can WITHOUT sacrificing yourself resulting in an imbalance. There is no perfectness  but there is perfection in trying your best. Giving love never hurt. Giving love never created losses. Giving love never made anyone poor. Giving love never caused anyone's death. Giving love never takes anything back nor does in expect anything in return.
I have been endowed with the ability to continue my life in the best position I am as woman.
