When its time to go home.

Assalamu alaikum 'Alaikum
BismillahiRahmaniRahim

Do you want to go home? Who doesn't want to go home? Home is the place we rest and relax. A home is where we can be ourselves. At home is where we can have the peace we like after a hectic day. This is our home in the dunya (world). Allah Subhana wa Ta"ala promises a better home in the akhirah (hereafter) for the believers. What believers? The belief in one God. The belief that Muhammad ( PBUH) salallahu alaih wa Salam is the seal of Messengers. And to do good. Don't we try to do this in our daily lives? Do good? What then when we come home after a hard day's work; aren't we grateful for the relief of a home? Allah Subhana wa Ta'ala promises us this. A time that we do not need to task ourselves any further. So with all the confusion we are seeing and experiencing all around us; what are we doing to prepare for the last home? There specific rituals and orders to follow. We need to apply consistency and effect the rules and laws of God in order to benefit the promise. Allah Subhana wa Ta'ala is all Forgiving. Ya Allah , forgive us and all the ummah and grant us the last place of abode close to you and your beloved Rasulallah (PBUH) : so, what have we done to prepare for our home?

Wassalam

The experience of Laylatul Qadr

Assalamu'alaikum
BismillaHiRahmaniRahiim
Alhamdullilah to the Lord of the worlds and may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our holy prophet Muhammad (PBUH), his family and companions. Dear brothers and sisters in Islam.Tonight, I experienced a beautiful moment which can only be described as a "Laylatul Qadr" moment. As I sat ready to read my routine surahs; and other litanies; I made an intention that all my supplications would be included for the entire ummah. As I started my invocations after sending shalawat , love and peace for all the dear ones of Allah and all the ones I love; it started to drizzle. The sound was like a slight and gentle drumming. As such, I kept the front door open; in my mind welcoming all the angels that would be present; especially all the arch angels. That is my certainty and Allah knows best the heart of His longing servant. As I proceeded with three of my children beside me, I continued till I finished my surahs and the accompanying supplications in a voice louder than usual, being in the "fil Hal" mode. I was inspired to read the litany & supplication of Asmal Ul Husna and as I did, the rain started to crash on the roof and the sound like clashing cymbals as if the Heavens had opened to rain down all sorts of gifts. It made feel feel energetic, more enthusiastic , it moved my spirit and rocked my soul. My tears flowed freely as I raised all the supplications which was arranged perfectly and enveloped every need of every Muslim.  My grateful heart filled with adoration and light. An enlightened spirit soaring with Angels. It spurred me on, and in the midst of reading the litanies of the beloveds of Allah a group of young hafiza Qur'an came to read their nightly vigil of khataman Al Qur'an. As they started to read in the musholla, their voices began soft at first but as we read altogether Al Qur'an, the litanies and supplications; their voices spontaneously raised to a level they never usually use: it was a most moving and invigorating atmosphere. Jolts of energy and love as Angels surrounded us all; as the beloveds of Allah raised their "Amiin" for us, as the Angels multipled all around
. As I envisioned the smile of our beloved Prophet Muhammad(PBUH) and as I envisioned the light of love for the ummah spread from where I sat, to all corners of the earth. May Allah accept and answer all our efforts .... As my children and I sat in this blessed atmosphere , I felt a sense of utter gratefulness for a moment that only Allah can provide.  I sit this fajr in awe, inspired, undiminished in my amazement of the power and glory that is Allah, Rabbul Ae'lamiin. He SWT has taken care of us before, in this present time,Inshaallah later and beyond. For His Power is Immense. His Divine Love immeasurable. May all the peace and blessings of Allah be for our Holy Prophet Muhammad, his family and companions as many as the creations of Allah, for as much ink as it takes to write it and as heavy as the Throne of Allah.
Wassalam.
